My heart goes out to Ken, Corey and Jesse on losing their wonderful wife and Mother.
Linda was indeed a sweetheart, which many have described her as.
May you continue to talk about her and your memories throughout the year and beyond,to help soften the pain of losing her.
In my eulogy at the church, I left out two things I wanted to say about our life as sisters growing up together. One is the good memories I have of the hours and hours we spent with our Mom, Betty, sewing on our 2 sewing machines in the kitchen. We'd use the kitchen table to lay out the fabric, pin the patterns, baste and irone the seams, and took turns on the machines. We were like our own little sewing factory, making our dresses and blouses and sometimes Mom made things for our Dad and Jay, our brother. Every Christmas Mom had secretly made an outfit for each of us that was wrapped in a box under the tree. Linda carried on that sewing legacy by creating halloween costumes for Corey and Jesse.
The other memory and tribute to Linda was how she became editor of our High School newspaper "The Nazarene" and because of her needing a Sports page editor, I,knowing nothing about sports, became that editor. I learned about reporting, layout, fonts, headlines etc and enjoyed being in "The Nazarene" production room with my sister. So besides playing horse, dancing the jitter-bug and doing home chores, she was a big influence on my developing life growing up. Thank you again Linda for your spark and energy. Love you always, your little sister Margaret

My heart goes out to Ken, Corey, and Jesse. I have known Ken for over 25 years. He was my mentor when I started by career in IT and continues to be a great friend to this day. Even though I only saw and spoke with Linda occasionally, it was obvious she was the love of Ken's life. It was easy to see what a special woman she was, always giving, always caring, living life to the fullest. Linda and Ken made many incredible memories together traveling throughout America and abroad. Ken would delight in sharing these memories and I always enjoyed hearing his tales. It is my hope that Ken can draw some comfort from these memories, and his eyes will light up again as he recalls his special times with Linda.
Death leaves a heartache no one can heal,
Love leaves a memory no one can steal.

Ken, Corey, Jesse;
Linda was my first friend on Noord Lane when we lived there and I regret losing touch with her after we moved away. She was always smiling and friendly and she made me feel that she was happy to see me. Our son Brian loved spending time at Harper's house - because he always felt welcome there. He especially enjoyed her wonderful Super Bowl parties .Linda was just too young and too vibrant. I am so very sorry for your loss. We are out of town (Cleveland Ohio) or we would be with you on Sunday. I know your hearts are broken. Please accept our heartfelt condolences.
Fondly,
Linda, Rob, Jessica and Brian Fox.
