Obituary of Paul Prill IV

It is with heart- felt sadness we announce that Niskayuna resident and store manager, Paul A. Prill IV, 51, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2013. He died doing what he loved, living life out- doors, snowmobile riding, and enjoying the close bond of his family. Paul was born on March 29, 1961 in Schenectady, the beloved son of Georgianna (Corvino) Prill of Ravena and the late Paul A. Prill III. He graduated from Niskayuna H.S., class of 1979, and married the love of his life, Donna Boulerice, on October 23, 1982. Paul worked as store manager of CVS Pharmacy in Glenville. He was a people person and remembered as one who wouldn't quit before a job was done at his store. He had a fondness for sport and was an avid NY Yankee fan. Paul took an active part in his son's activities growing up which included coaching Little League. He enjoyed camping; a favorite destination was Roger's Rock. He enjoyed boating, golf and snowmobiling. Paul was a hardworking family man who amazed his peers with his work ethic and undivided attention to those he loved. He had a special appreciation for God's gifts to him especially with the birth of his grandson, Wyatt. Survivors include his cherished wife, Donna Prill; his son, Kyle Prill (daughter-in-law, Rachel) of Schenectady; and cherished grandson, Wyatt Paul Prill. Paul leaves behind his mother, Georgianna Prill of Ravena; and his sister, Michelle (Frank) Sargent of Waterford. Calling hours will be held Thursday 4 to 8 p.m. at the Glenville Funeral Home, 9 Glenridge Rd., Glenville. A Liturgy of the Word will be celebrated on Friday, March 8, 2013 at 9 a.m. at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 400 Saratoga Rd. with the Rev. Jerry Gingras officiating.
