My heart and prayers are with all Grandpa Kerley's loved ones, especially my best friend Lori and her immediate family. I am blessed to be part of her inner family circle and love you all as my own! I did not have the pleasure of meeting Grandpa Kerley, but I feel as if I know him from all the great stories. I know how dear he is to Lori. I lost my only and dearest Grandmother at 18 yrs of age. I am so grateful Lori's closest grandparent lived well past her young adult years and was able to meet her soul mate, Jay! There is so very much to be grateful for; his amazing character and irreverent zest for life, health and long life, rich experiences, love and adoration! And yet, it's hard to appreciate those things at this time, because memories come with the sharp pain of knowing he is no longer with us. My prayer for you now is that God may lift the shroud of sorrow for everyone while you come together to celebrate Grandpa Kerley's life! So that you all can enjoy his memories and expand upon them together, with undiminished joy! And so it is. Love and light, with all my love, JoAnna Winston
